Robinson III and Robert R. Merhige, Jr., Federal Courthouse of the United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia. Judge Spencer will preside over the sentencing.

Mr. and Mrs. McDonnell were convicted of the felony for trading influence of the governor’s office.
