False. Compiz is installed by default. Installing the simple and complex
GUI Compiz managers is a matter of a few clicks.

I've used OOo for years because it has been perfect for my basic office
suite needs. A few years ago in version 2.x I tried to use it to print
labels, and it was terrible! But considering how much it has improved
(it is MUCH better at printing labels now amongst other improvements)
and how bloated and changed the menus have become in the current version
of MS office, I find OOo much better and more intuitive to use. IMO it
clearly is the better product now.
