The fact that the upgrade from XP Home to XP Professional is supported
has been pointed out here to Andrew E. *many* times. I and many others
have cited several Microsoft web pages that demonstrate it (as you

You are wasting your breath with Andrew E.. Despite his having often
been demonstrated to be wrong on this issue, and on almost every other
issue he posts on, he continually ignores all of our corrections and
posts the same incorrect info over and over again.
There are several people here who regularly post poor or inaccurate
information, but Andrew E. is probably the worst of them all.
