Absolutely! ..And depending on the board, and how rough things got, ya
got kicked off for a time, and if one then continued to misbehave, got
blackballed and kicked off for good. Not all boards were that tight
though. I followed some pretty interesting flame-wars that were allowed
to continue for months. Now I see them go on for YEARS, what a crack-up.

Remember the cure for not having to stay connected? Off line BBS
readers? Dial up, log in, dl messages, log out, read messages, respond
to which ever ones you wanted, dial up, log in, and upload. If you were
a member of several BBS's as I was, it was VERY time consuming! LOL Good
times.

G'day

Yes, I did get lost. Too many voices in this crowded room. ;-)

Thanks for getting me back on track.

No problem.
I have no reason to call you a troll.
You posted a misguided post and made a bad excuse for it, that is not
trolling, nor malicious.
We can all disagree, but the likes of alias are trolls as it is obvious
from their posting style.

Alias wouldn't get half the post count if Frank and the other sock
puppets didn't reply as if they were stalking him. Some trolls just seem
to need each other, maybe to have someone to talk to. LOL

I had to use an offline reader- my dial up at that time was so inconsistent
and unpredictable, there was no way I could reply to anything online most of
the time. Yep, GOOOD times LOL!!!
