You are wrong about XP - Since you have never run one, I am not
urprised. -- I know all about this area of Windows because I ran one of the
test teams using MUI Language packs - The MUI language pack installs a
language on the OS. [1]
Since you apparently have never loaded one up you have not seen one in
action. In my EXPERIENCE, I haven't seen one that didn't include the almost
whole OS, the requirement was a minimum of 80% (most were closer to 100%.)
What I am most interested in is the link I asked for, let me repost that
section.
PLEASE SHOW ME A LINK WITH INFORMATION ON RUNNING MULTIPLE LANGUAGES ON
MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS IN ONE USER SESSION.
