Then the Windows 7 Command Prompt (and many other programs), when run as
administrator, must not be Windows 7 compatible...
In my experience, the UAC prompt is a direct result of running a program as
administrator.
If the OP sets his program to not run as administrator, it might stop
giving the UAC prompt - but it might also stop doing the desired job
