Is there a way to mark a specific program 'safe' so that I don't have to
give UAC the OK every time I run the program?

Don't think there is. Sounds like this program is not Windows 7
compatible...

Then the Windows 7 Command Prompt (and many other programs), when run as
administrator, must not be Windows 7 compatible...

In my experience, the UAC prompt is a direct result of running a program as
administrator.

If the OP sets his program to not run as administrator, it might stop
giving the UAC prompt - but it might also stop doing the desired job :)

You could try installing to the Users folder instead of program Files; you could try
running the program from a task with elevated privileges or you could see if there
has been an updated version of the program for Vista/Win 7.
