Kno Inc was founded in 2009 and has slowly become a dominant player in etextbooks. Kno provides digital textbooks from over 80 publishers – except the digital textbooks are not simple copies of paper based products. Instead, the company enhances the content to include interactive multimedia and social sharing tools.
