I’m beginning to wonder if the harddrive in my Toshiba M200 is failing. The drive makes a very loud whirling sound when I move around with the Tablet. I’m doing extra backups just in case.

It is failing, I am 100% positive. Mine did the same thing before it died, and I know of at least one other person who had the same symptoms. I would recommend the Toshiba 60GB 7200RPM as a replacement, it works great in mine.
