What does ALV mean for me as a teacher?

A Learners’ View (ALV) is the Straightest and Fastest Path to Learning, the Oxygen Of Social Life.

ALV is grounded in over a century of experimental behavioral and social research that describes choices people make while learning. It means that you can increase the likelihood (probability), as others have, that learners will learn your lessons. It means that you can have more confidence applying it than using other views to accelerate, increase, and deepen (AID) learning.
