I'm not 100% sure of what you're asking, but I'll take a guess: you
had OneNote 2007 pre-installed on your computer, deleted it, and now
want to reactivate the program after reinstallling it.
If that's correct, somewhere in your computer's documentation there
should be an activation key for your Office 2007 installation, either
in the form of a sticker on the computer or somewhere in the
documentation you received with the machine.
If you don't see it in any of those places, I suggest a call to the
computer manufacturer's tech support line to ask them for the info, or
call Microsoft and see if they can help you.
