Windows is checking for a solution to the problem ..

Does anyone know where I can switch off the annoying "Windows is checking
for a solution to the problem", which appears whenever an application
misbehaves/stops responding in Windows 7.
I always click "Cancel", but I would prefer it if that message didn't appear
at all.
Thanks for any assistance :)

Open the Action Center.

Click Maintenance, and then, under Check for solutions to problem reports,
click Settings.
