Windows Explorer File Menu is broken

I just uninstalled a couple of Corel programs, and that seems to have
broken my Windows Explorer. If I try to click on the File menu in
Windows Explorer, it tries to launch PureHD.msi, and then gives an
error that it can't find it. I did a search on PureHD, and it looks
like Corel has some kind of app called PureHD. The uninstall of those
Corel programs must have messed up Windows Explorer. Any idea how to
fix this? I never knew clicking on "File" could try to launch a
program.

I used the free version of Revo Uninstaller to finish an uninstall that
was incomplete and it worked great.
