I am running Window 7. My printer/scanner is Brother DCP-7020. When I try to scan using Microsoft Office Document Scanning the page is blank. I have used Microsoft Office Document Scanning on my XP with no problems. I have already downloaded the updated drivers for the DCP-7020 and the problem persists.
Is there a problem with the Windows 7 environment and the Scanning Feature of Office?
