Two OneNote Questions 4 Tablet PC

Pals,

OneNote is a good tool. So far I got two questions about its usage:

1. If I change the page width, or insert / delete line, those handwriting
will be out of positions, is it possible to avoid this?

2. On tablet PC, OneNote appears in pen input mode by default, is there a
way to switch the mode to cursor mode, so I can use the pen to move around,
instead of start writing right away?

Please kindly advise, thank you!
