I would love to see thread creation "The first XenForo post contains" setting per post. In my site some posts looks better in wordpress. So I want to use "excerpt" option for those posts. But for the other posts it's good to use "full" option. If there was a option in thread creation would be great.

Version 3.x has a metabox extension, with the purpose of doing exactly as you suggest. It does not function at this point in time and is disabled. The extension is included in the alpha download.
