When creating a one note template. How do I integrate 'boxes' that I can
later tab through and enter info without having to mouse to the location and
enter text that way.

Thanks.

OneNote doesn't really work that way. You can create a table in OneNote but
you'd have to click into the table to begin with. Once you're in the table
you can tab from cell to cell and otherwise navigate with the keyboard but
to get there to begin with you'll probably have to use the mouse at least
once.

If you're looking to create structured forms you might be happier with
InfoPath.
