Synching IE8 favorites on multiple computers

I use IE8 on more than one computer and I'd like to find an off-line
solution to keeping my bookmarks the same on all them. I don't want to use
an online service as I'd rather be able to do the whole thing right on my
own network. Is there a reasonable way to do this? I wouldn't mind using a
third-party program if I could find a reliable one. TIA.
