Set Default Image as Background

I would like to create a notebook for coaching basketball and it would be
awesome if I could set the background (just like the rule lines) to be a
sketch of a basketball court so I could then draw plays on the overlay.

Is there any easy way to accomplish this short of inserting an image into
each page? Ideally, I would want a section that each new page created
automatically has the background ready to draw plays.

Any thoughts?
