References - A Simple Custom Post Type

This is a simple single file for creating a references custom post. The custom posts may be added to a WP post or page using Shortcodes Ultimate.

Install this file in the /plugins directory.
Activate the plugin
A new menu item will appear on the left side of the WP control panel.

You are free to use this file but I'd appreciate feedback. If you enhance the file then please let everyone know by posting in the thread.
