Onenote video playback freezes

Flightless Bird
When I record a video with my usb logitech webcam, the video playback always
freezes after 1 second (although the time bar continues).

However, when I use the camera integrated into my laptop the playback works
fine.

Please help as I want to record myself writing something in onenote.
