Office 2007 apps only work with Administrator

    I have two new computers with windows 7 64 bit and I use Office 2007 home and
    student and outlook 2007. One works great and opens with no problems. The one
    I am on now is the opposite. I have to set all of the Office 2007 apps to run
    with administrator. If I try to open without this setting the apps start
    configuring and when they do open it is without full function.
