No topics displayed in 'Windows XP Help and Support'

No topics are displayed in the 'Windows XP Help and Support' section - I
tried to post a question and am unclear as to whether that section is active
/ if the post went through...

microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support newsgroup was dropped from the
MS newsservers in early July 2010; cf.

This WinXP General newsgroup will be dropped from the MS newsservers on 12
Sept-10.
