Is there a utility in Win 7 similar to msconfig.exe? I need to stop HP
Restore from running on startup.

Not just "similar to", but the exact same utility.

Simplest way to get there from here: Press Start and start typing:
msconfig - and then Press Enter.

There are other ways; if you need more, just ask.

I don't know anything about "HP Restore", so I don't know what to do after
msconfig starts.
