Microsoft Picture Manager Dispappeared

Picture Manager has disappeared out of my Office 2007 Small Business is there
anyway to be able to recover this.

You probably only dragged the Shortcut for it into another Program
folder. Run Microsoft Office Diagnostics to repair.
