I posted a similar problem here before and I changed the ram and the network
card. I still having problems. However I was able to log in on another
workstation under my login name to the domain (windows server 2003) and I
don't get the same problem. The problems is when I log in from my Windows XP
Pro Workstation and try to log in - it always locks up on me. I have to
restart the computer and then I can log in the second time. I can use the
computer a while doing different things. Some days are fine and some days I
just lock up. It did get better after I changed out the ram. I changed out
the network card just to be sure. Same problem. I don't know if my profile
is damaged on the workstation. Should I create a new profile. If I do -
should I go log into the local computer and do it there since I can log into
the domain from another workstation and everything seems fine. I just did
this so I haven't been on long. However, I had no problems logging into the
domain from the 2nd Windows XP Pro workstation using my login to the domain.
