Thanks for telling us the OS-Version.
This makes things clear.
Inserting a printout is based on the "Send to OneNote"-printer.
And for OneNote there is no 64-bit printer.
For the reasons pls see DavidRasmussen's article "OneNote 64 bit print
driver"
http://blogs.msdn.com/david_rasmussen/archive/2008/04/21/onenote-64-bit-print-driver.aspx
The author developed a workaround.
Pls see: David Rasmussen "OneNote Print Driver – A 64 Bit Solution"

As ON2010 has a 64-bit printer you might instead make the move to the
new version.
Although it's still Beta it can be used for "production".
Download the Office 2010 Beta from the MS-website and install OneNote
(you may leave out the rest).
ON2010 has gained a lot of pretty fine features. I have been using the
"Technology Preview" version since last July. IMO it would be the better
alternative to start with the Beta right now.
