The mshtml.dll error signature indicates that it is a Compatibility View
issue or you have come across a web page that is complete junk.

Is this your homepage (one of the pages that you use when you open IE

Either way please provide its web address. We also ask that questions
include your Windows and IE versions, but in this case we can see that from
the error report.
