They wouldn't say yes or no, they would only tell me they are the latest
drivers they have available for my printer under Win7, I was talking to
corporate at that time though instead of support. They were being a lot more
helpful than support so I didn't want to get too pushy.
On my laptop I ran an uninstall utility they have on support page to get rid
of any corrupted stuff, then ran the downloadable and all is well. I printed
a booklet and a double-sided document and it did all of it automatically
after setting it up in the printer settings from the laptop. I ran the
uninstall on my desktop but I'm going to wait for the CD to install there as
I do most of my printing from there and seem to get the most glitches from
there too.
