The easiest way is to install it on your new machine and try to activate
it online. If it fails, you generally get a phone number on the screen
to contact Microsoft in your own country. It is a toll free number and
so it costs you nothing and Microsoft staff will enable you to activate
your installation manually.
There is no requirement to uninstall anything from anywhere because you
simply can't when the machine is broken beyond repair.!
