Hotmail

I installed Windows Live mail, with hotmail, when I was young and foolish.
Now I cannot get rid of Hotmail. I did so using Thunderbird as an alternate
mail program. I want to use Thunderbird alone, but I cannot get rid of the
hotmail. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Actually, I would like
to get rid of all of WLM. Win7 64 bit E8 TIA

Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs should be able to help you get
rid of WLM. As for not being able to get rid of Hotmail, I have no
idea what you mean. There's nothing to get rid of. Just stop using it
if you don't like it.

Some links posted this way might even be useful, but it's better to be safe
than sorry. Besides, if it was a reputable site, why not show where it's
going?

Heres' how:

Copy the link into a text editor. Add "preview." in front of the t in
tinyurl. Copy the modified link to your browser's address bar. Go
there.

Right Gene, I have preview enabled for tinyurl links, but I should have been
more clear in that my point was to not bother with unknown links sent by
unknown individuals. Use that one as an example - the URL seems innocent
enough, but would you still click on it?

I did. I ascertained by telepathy that it was an OK link, and it was.

Your point is well taken; in addition, my point happens to be available
now to all those who read my post.

And yes, I do follow my own method when my ESP is ambiguous about
trusting the link.

My psi abilities work best when the poster is known in the group, of
course ;-)
