Getting "Software Not Genuine" Message in Genuine Office 2007 Soft

Hi:

I'm still getting a message that my Office 2007 software will be marked as
"not genuine" in 5 days, and I just installed genuine MS 2007 software.

Originally I began getting this message about 10 days ago, about 90 days
after I installed what now appears to be MS Office 2007 software that wasn't
genuine.

While I uninstalled the previous version, when I installed the new software,
my settings were already in place including my recently viewed files, and my
E-mail addresses were already setup and working in Outlook. My product key
worked fine, and I successfully activated the software online after opening
it when I was prompted to.

So it appears that there may still be some old information from the previous
software that's being read by Microsoft, although under Help>About it shows
that I now have a completely new Product ID license number.

And, the fact that I'm told that the software will be marked as "not
geniune" in 5 days shows that Microsoft has the exact same clock running as
before, as yesterday I was told that this would happen in 6 days before I
uninstalled the original software that was causing the problem.

How can I get this all straightened out with Microsoft so that it recognizes
my new software as being genuine?

Thanks.

Jim

In follow-up to my original post about this problem, I found the following
Web page and clicked on the "Office Validation" hyperlink in the first bullet
point there:

http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/support.aspx

Then after I clicked on that link I was taken to the following Web page
where it then says "Validation Successful!"

http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/of...69f9072-e17e-444a-9714-02e4c59d9057&Error=100

Does this mean my problem should be resolved now and that I'll stop
receiving these "not genuine" messages?

Thanks.
