Flipped Learning Webinar

Sign up for this free webinar to learn more about Flipped Learning and how to reach all of your students in every class every day. This overview will introduce participants to the concept of Flipped Learning: Where educators are actively transferring the responsibility and ownership of learning to the students.
"Flipped learning" happens when the teacher’s lecture is delivered to students through video before and outside of a/the traditional classroom session. Then traditional class time is used for active problem solving and one-to-one or small group tutoring with the teacher. on the subject of the assigned video.

It's another name for one aspect of classic schooling, "Prepare for class by ..." reading these pages listed in your syllabus before class, viewing this movie, writing a poem, solving the assigned problems on your worksheet, etc.
Students can watch the short video lectures as many times as they wish and then come to class ready to jump into the lesson, ask questions, work on collaborative projects and explore the content further.
Find out what the technology requirements are and then quickly and simply implement this returning trend in your classrooms.

What you will learn:
  • How teachers are embracing Flipped Learning in elementary and secondary schools for all disciplines.
  • How this initiative, started by teachers, is quickly "spreading as a new way" of teaching and learning.
  • How the Flip can be done on a budget with fast results in student achievement.
