    Ilm running WIndows 7 and Outlook 2007 Ultimate has just been installed adn
    registered. When I try to use clip art with a globe beside it in the
    selection panel the programme, PowrPoint or Wrod freezes for a bit then I get
    the error code:
    Error code 0x800C0008

    I've looked for solutions, added Microsoft Office to the trusted sites,
    cleared Cookies, and tried every other solution I've found on line but
    without success.

    Help! I've now wasted almost 3 hours!!!!

    Thanks

    Greg

    I presume you have read this:

    <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912675>

    In particular have you done this:

    <QUOTE>
    To resolve this issue, add the following URL to the trusted Web
    site list in the firewall settings:

    http://office.microsoft.com/clipart

    </QUOTE>

    Try this:

    Help | Customer Feedback Options | Online Content

    Put a check next to "Show content...."
    You may need to add another check below that ... I forget.

    Restart PowerPoint to see the effect.

    Seems this has to do with the new clipart site. It is a misdirection. Either go
    here
    http://office2010.microsoft.com/en-...s-FX101741979.aspx?CTT=6&ver=14&app=mspub.exe
    or go to the familiar site:
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/FX101321031033.aspx
    They both work.
