On the surface, One Note and Groove seem like obvious tools for electronic
medical records. I noticed the article/case study of someone using it in the
UK. Has anybody (in the US) developed a solution? I would like to contact
them.

One tip: there is a shared source solution for emr/medical records at
http://emr.codeplex.com/ Never used it, though.
