My anti-virus flags sandboxie as a vulnerability and I removed it long ago.
I mostly use the IE Virtual Images from MSDN and technet for IE version
testing.
If you are using IE7 or 8 then sandboxIE will be the cause of your issue as
it will be using a sandboxed (vitualized) cache, that IE has no idea about.
When you request a Send link by email, IE looks in its cache and history for
details about the page you want to send. Of coarse IE has no idea about the
location of your sandboxed environment and so finds nothing. Even IE's
registry settings are 'sandboxed' so when you upgrade your real IE version,
the new settings of the new version are not updated in the sandboxed
registry keys. mmm... perhaps uninstalling then re-installing sandboxIE may
fix things for you.
Have you tried the sandboxIE website or forums for answers?
Regards.
