When I received a www. address link in an email, and when I click on that link, I receive the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminastrator." My computer is not part of a network and has no adiminstrator. How do I corrrect this restriction message? -- Rockhill
