I would like to capture a website on my computer and do some demo when I
conduct a presentation where there is no internet connection. Is there any
    simple way to accomplish it?

Depends on what your concept of "simple" is. ;-)

In any case, Internet Explorer doesn't do that. You'll need a
third-party application. You may also need the permission of the website
    owner.
