Can't open .edu website

I'm running Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8.0. I'm trying to access
the following website (http://coursenet.tuiu.edu/), but can't get the window
to open. It just keeps trying, but doesn't open. I'm currently on a
business trip and using my computer from a different location. I've been
accessing this website for the past 8 months, but now I can't. I've
contacted TUI Technical Support, but they couldn't find anything wrong. I've
also contacted the hotel's ISP provider (Sprint), but they claim there are
not any websites blocked at this hotel. I can login to the website from the
library, so I know the website is operational. I've tried accessing the
window from a DSL broadband connection and via wireless internet. My
security settings are set at Med to High. If anyone has any suggestions,
sure would appreciate the help.

Hi Mitch,
Contact TUI Support again and tell them to do a dns lookup on their
nameservers.

DNS query for ............in-addr.arpa returned an error from the server:
NameError

Your not in California are you?

Regards.
