Very bad news because people won't be able to access websites
created using HTML5 and CSS3. They will miss out on good bargains
which advertisers are likely to offer using the new technology!

They won't miss out on any of it if they use chrome, firefox, safari, or
any other better browser most likely, and they'll still be able to stay
back at XP.

Sure they will...they can switch to Opera. I've been using HTML5 and CSS3
for several months with it.
