Academic vs Retail

Hello. Just a simple question.

Can anybody tell me or point to where I can find the differnences between
Office 2007 Pro Academic vs Retail besides licensing and price...

If you are talking about retail Pro, nothing. Just the licensing. Pkus I
believe you cannot use it as a qualifying product for an upgrade.
