Looking for a job? Have you failed to find one that fits you? If so, here are four suggestions for finding the right one, based on the view that you have been trying to answer the wrong questions with your search. So apply, apply the skills disruptive innovators use to you search. In short, search for ways and place where you can create and fill a job for you.

OK, it's not a new idea, but it works for others, so make it work for you.

1. Ask yourself, "Where can I create a job for me?"

2. Look for something you can do now, not what you have done in the past.

3. Network to create, not find, a job or other sources of income.

4. Start doing new things, not things that you've done in the past. Experiment!
