THIS LIST identifies, from a learners’ view (ALV), fundamental choices school administrators have to support teachers move toward 1.0 Teaching resulting in 1.0 Schools. ALV is grounded in what is common across over a century of experimental behavioral and social science research that describes learning. These studies, including one with over a million students and thousands of teachers, demonstrated that these ratings are possible. This checklists indicates choices you may make so these results are probable in your school(s).

  1. Do you want all students in your school(s) to learning everything teachers instruct, and thereby teachers earn ratings as 1.0 Teachers and your school(s) earn ratings as 1.0 School(s)?
  2. What do you do to support with infrastructure and systems the earning of those rating?
  3. How do you know if your support is adequate for those ratings?
  4. What evidence will you offer to demonstrate administrative support for those ratings?
  5. What adjustments must you make to increase the likelihood of earning the 1.0 ratings?
