Apple iPad applications are great for keeping track of exercise routines. There are hundreds of application in the library but start easy. A well rated app is Personal Trainer for a Quick Workout by Daily Workout Apps, LLC. It’s free and is broken down into five to ten minute exercises. Maybe you would rather spend seven minutes at a time. No problem because 7 Minute Workout by Bytesize is a great app too.
