Is doodle blogging the next big blog thing? (Via Mark Reed’s excellent blog) …There is something about a drawing created by the stroke of a human hand that is unique and worthwhile.
I love the term “Doodle blogging.”
We need more ink-enabled blogging apps to make Doodle blogging practical. I’d also really like to see “smart” blog publishing within OneNote that can intelligently post intermingled ink and text. I guess it’s not an easy problem in the general case. Maybe a trimmed down app makes more sense (like Julia or Larry is developing) in the meantime until we understand what’s needed.
(Oh, by the way…that’s supposed to be a Tablet PC on the easel. 🙂 )
i wholehartedly agree, we need better tools. i think ‘doodlogging’ will have a bright future because it really IS nice to see the raw expression of a human hand. i do not have a tablet yet, but use Macromedia Flash to prepare sketches. some are scattered on my sparcely updated blog at http://blog.kempleton.com/sean
