Thanks, Miguel Guhlin for pointing to the Gartner Group December 20, 2005, podcast about new workforce attitudes. Van Baker, Research VP and guest speaker, says “The Net Generation…has a better understanding of consumer technology than most of the IT professionals out there.” Guhlin posts on December 28 some of his notes from the podcast. It’s not news, but it seems significant: Net Generation attitudes appear to have profound implications for educators as well as education software developers.
