While PHP 5.4.16 is available, time was taken today to upgrade the network to PHP 5.4.15. This should improve web performance. We are also testing all of the scripts to make sure that they work with this version of PHP.
FWIW, the time taken to do the upgrade was a click of the mouse. TigerTech provides different versions of PHP to their customers. Simply click the box to customize the release: Use FastCGI, and eAccelerator.
