Predict Learning (TM) (PL) has been appearing for several weeks as the descriptor for implementing a Learning Efficiency Analysis Paradigm (aLEAP) in Classic Education at educlassics.com. PL represents a learners’ view of learning in a family of reports of statuses and predictors. This family includes Learning Anything (TM), See Me Learning (TM), and See Us Learning (TM).
I had been using versions of PL for a couple of years during conversations and presentations that described aLEAP. In one of those sessions with Layne, Sarah, and Joan, we decided to use it as the name for software that features reports of ongoing, existing and forecasted learning.
