Is there a program I can use to create Windows (XP) type
help files, so that the entire document consists of a single file.

Trust me; its bad enough looking at snippets from M$$'s 'help', you
really dont want the whole thiing in front of ya. (unless you believe
there are clues to a pot-of-gold like we see in da movies...!)
