Send to OneNote does not show in other Office programs - how do I add it to

I'm not sure that it actually can be done.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a known issue.
The Send to OneNote 2007 print driver and the Send to OneNote addin for IE
64-bit are unavailable on Windows computer running on a 64-bit OSes

ON2007 does not have a 64-bit printer.
For the reasons pls see David Rasmussen's article:
OneNote 64 bit print driver
http://blogs.msdn.com/david_rasmussen/archive/2008/04/21/onenote-64-bit-print-driver.aspx

You may install the workaround created by the same author:
David Rasmussen: OneNote Print Driver – A 64 Bit Solution
http://blogs.msdn.com/david_rasmussen/archive/2009/04/22/onenote-print-driver-a-64-bit-solution.aspx

An alternative would be to make the move to ON2010.
A 64-nit printer has been added there.
